The captain of the boat must be at least 21 years old. Identification (national ID, passport) must be presented.
No speedboat license is required for the boat up to 30 HP.
The board control is done in cooperation with the customer and he accept it if the boat situation satisfies him.
The boat is delivered full of fuel and its consumption is covered by the customer.
Kos Rent a Boat accepts no responsibility for the customer’s property loss during the charter.
Kos Rent a Boat assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by customer’s fault in the boat during the charter. Any damage that would cause the boat from mishandling or negligence entirely burdens the customer.
Boats must be delivered before sunset.
Maximum renting duration: 6 hours.
For children under 2 years old, parents are obligated to carry their own life jackets or to request one from us upon your reservation .
Boats’ Reservation
The reservation of a boat through our website (www.kosrentaboat.gr ) is possible if the specific boat is available for the desired date. The reservation of a boat is considered successful only after the deposit has been paid through our payment provider. For last minute bookings (48h before), please contact us for availability (mail, phone).
Booking Confirmation
The confirmation of a boarding reservation is required by the visitor to exclude the possibility of a wrong date, boat, etc. In case of the change of a reservation, the visitor should contact us through a phone call, an email, visit our desk at the main port of Kos Mandraki (Akti Kountouriotou, Dolphins square) or with another way to inform us about. If the visitor violates the general terms of use of our company, we have the right not to interrupt the reservation. The visitor is required to verify the correctness of the details for the confirmation of the reservation he/she made, for any errors that he/she made during the registration. Under no circumstances can we guarantee that correction of wrong data is possible without cost even if the visitor updates the information on time.

The price list for renting boats can be found on this site. Please note that there are variations of the pricing list for high season and low season.
Payment methods
The only way of payment for booking a boat is the though credit card.
Cancellations, Reservation Changes and Refunds
The change or the cancelation of any reservation is only possible if the client communicates with our company through an e-mail or a phone call. Any cost that may occur in case of a change of any reservation, like different reservation rate is covered only the client. In case of a reservation is cancelled, the deposit is refundable on its full, as long as the cancellation is made 48 hours before the reservation departure time. Cancellations made closer than 48 hours to the departure time are not refundable and the deposit is charged as a cancellation fee. In case the trip is not possible due to adverse weather conditions, the deposit is refunded on its full. In case that the visitor does not present to our company to pick up the vessel that he/she has booked, at the time that has been determined by our company and with a reasonable delay, we have the right to cancel the reservation, to block the boat and to re-rent it to another visitor.
